Many of us do it in our sleep, or during the day. Studies have found that clenching and grinding can be linked directly to migraines, headaches and back tension. Dr. Bayne (because he uses digital imaging and intraoral examination) will usually be the first to notice the wear on your teeth before you, the patient will. Every 6 months are your check ups Dr. B will evaluate your wear patterns and check for an damage from clenching or grinding.
